“You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor tattoo any marks on you: I am the LORD.” (Levitcus 19:28)
With a basic reading of this verse, it gives the idea that tattoos are unmistakably taboo in the Bible. You need to remember your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 3:16; 2 Corinthians 6:16).
It is wrong for a child of God to get tattoos,i am totally against it.Our body is a temple so lets keep it holy
Romans 12:1 Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God–this is your true and proper worship.
1 Corinthians 6:1 Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.
