Prosperity Principles – God Promises to Meet all Your Needs and Desires

“But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:19)
The Apostle Paul wrote the above words to the young Christians at Philippi. Many people have read and meditated upon them.
God shall supply all your needs according to his riches.
WOW, What a Promise!
But in tough economic times, it becomes difficult to believe or understand how your needs will be met. I mean, Is it just a statement that requires nothing on my part? Or are there conditions to be met? Does it happen just by chance or can I activate this promise in my life?
Well, we want to share with you some encouraging prosperity scriptures to shed some light on what the Bible says will move God to supply your needs. Not just your needs, but even “your wants and desires”.
Yeah, God is even concerned about “Your Wants”, “Your Desires”. God does not want to supply just your Minimum (Needs) , but he also will supply your Maximum (Desires). Just start practicing the Prosperity Principles below.

Prosperity Principle – Prioritize Your Desires

In Matthew, Jesus reminds us that God, our Heavenly Father, already knows what we need.
”Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” (Matthew 6:31-33)
He understands that you need basic necessities like food and shelter. Don’t be like unbelievers and focus on material things only, but seek to understand how the kingdom of God works.

Prosperity Principle – Delight in the Lord

Psalms chapter 37 tells that if we delight in the Lord, he will give us our heart’s desire.
“Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart”. (Psalms 37:4)
Be glad and praise him. Rejoice in the Lord and follow his word. Psalms Chapter 1, calls the man who delights in God’s word, a “Blessed Man”.

Prosperity Principle – Confidently Wait For What You Asked

After we ask, we must have patience and be confident that God hears us and will answer.
“And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.” (1 John 5:14-15)
Remember if we ask according to “his will”, not ours.
How do we know his will?
We read his word, the Bible. After all, it is a testament and a testament tells what is in an inheritance, doesn’t it?
According to this verse, “whatsoever we ask” is covered. He is a big and awesome God, so don’t limit him.
